By placing an order on Unique Jewellery Ltd, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of sale that are listed below.

Nothing in these terms confers or purports to confer on any third party, any benefit or any right to enforce any part of these terms pursuant to the contract, (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

Nothing in these Terms shall affect your statutory right as a UK consumer.

1. Goods and Service.

1.1 Unique Jewellery Ltd warrants that all goods promoted for sale on this site are of satisfactory quality. Specifications and representative images are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the product.

1.2 We reserve the right to (a) make any changes in the specification necessary to comply with any applicable legal requirements and (b) change the specifications published on this website provided this does not materially affect the quality of the goods. In all, other respects and to the maximum extent permissible, Unique Jewellery Ltd makes no other warranties or promises about the goods, and any implied warranties are excluded.

1.3 Unique Jewellery Ltd has a strict 7 day returns policy on all goods. Unless goods are faulty or damaged, Unique Jewellery Ltd reserves the right to refuse returned goods.

1.4 We must be notified within 24 hours of delivery of any faulty or damaged goods.

1.5 We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned items, and would suggest a secure delivery method that incorporates insurance and signature on receipt.

1.6 We operate a seven day money back guarantee - provided the item has been returned unworn/unaltered and within original packaging and documentation. We do not refund against rings or earrings.

1.7 Change of heart - cancellations must be notified to us within 48 hours of ordering.

1.8 Unique Jewellery Ltd normally offers 5 working day secure delivery - if in the unlikely event delivery should take considerably longer, we shall notify you as soon as possible. (See point 2.0)

2. Availability, Prices and Information.

2.1 All products are offered for sale SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. If your item is not available for dispatch within 14 days, we will offer cancellation of order or ask for acceptance of later delivery.

2.2 Unique Jewellery Ltd does not take responsibility for products not meeting that exact dimensions and specifications listed on this site.

2.3 Unique Jewellery Ltd reserves the right to make alterations to the price of goods sold in the web page without prior notice.

2.4 All prices are inclusive of VAT and displayed on the web site in Pounds Sterling and must be paid in full, including delivery charges
