How does it work?
Do your loved ones need a little gentle guidance when it comes to buying jewellery for you? Because we found that our customers so often answered 'yes', we've created the WishList facility so that you get what you really want.
Just register for a WishList via one of the website's links (this is a short, simple process), and you can then start adding an unlimited number of items to your list. You can even have a separate list for different occasions. We will then e-mail your list to those contacts you have registered. Please see below for more details.
Account Holders
Who will see my WishList?
Only those Contacts who you have invited to view your wishlist will be able to see it.
What if I want to remove items from my WishList?
Simply login to your WishList and click the ‘remove’ link.
How many items can I have on my WishList?
There is no limit to the number of items you can add to the list, and they will be ordered by type (eg. rings, bracelets etc).
How many Contacts can I tell about my WishList?
As many as you like - the more you have, the more likely it is that someone will buy something for you!
What happens when a Contact buys something from my WishList?
The item will stay on the list, so as not to give the surprise away, but we will make sure from our end that the item is not bought twice.
What if I forget my password?
If you forget your password just enter your userid (email addres) on the login page and we will send you a new password. All of your other WishList details will remain the same.
Can I have more than one Wishlist account?
Yes you can. There is no limit to the numer of accounts you have but you will be issued with a different password for each one.
Contacts
How do I view someone’s wishlist?
You can only view a WishList if you have received an e-mail inviting you to. Simply follow the WishList link and enter the userID and password provided in the e-mail.
How do I buy from a Wishlist?
Once you have logged in and are viewing the WishList you are able to buy items by clicking the 'select to buy' icon. You will then be guided through the payment process.
Can I buy from a wishlist and the rest of the website in the same transaction?
Once you are logged on to the WishList you will be able to move freely between the WishList and main site selecting things to buy from either.

What happens if I am a Contact for more than one person’s Wishlist?
That's very generous of you! You can be more than one person's Contact, but you will be given a different password for each. Remember that you will need to log-out and back in again to view each different
